The Stitch-it store is well stocked and had everything I was looking for. The customer service is exceptional with friendly greetings, offers to help find items and expert knowledge on all the products I inquired about. A bonus surprise at the cash when I was offered money off my latest purchase as I signed up for their loyalty program previously. Overall the experience was 5 star. I look forward to returning.
Such an amazing store! Excellent variety of products from notions to fabric. And the staff is super helpful and willing to order in - a whole bolt for a special project. I can’t wait for my first class. The folks there yesterday seemed to be having a grand time! 😁 🪡 🧵
