*READ IF YOUR UNAVAILABLE TO GET A HOLD OF GROW BY PHONE CALL!!* I was there this morning and asked whats going on. Unfortunately Grow had to cut down on staff. There is only 2 amazing ladies working the phone calls, online webs, walk ins and appointments. They are receiving over 60+ calls a day. The absolute best way is to go through the online web however if that is not possible it might be best to go in person till then.

We were referred to this clinic as I did not have a family doctor. We were here for 6 months before finding our own doctor but this clinic was great! The front desk staff were kind and she was great at booking us in for our appointments, and Dr. Uma is an amazing doctor! She was super helpful and always answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed!
Great clinic with kind, compassionate staff and doctors that advocated for my healthcare. They are not able to answer the phones all of the time, but the online message system works well and they have always gotten back to me within a couple of days. I believe you need a referral to access this clinic - it is not a walk in clinic.
Absolutely horrible clinic. I've been seeing them on and off for 5 years and every time I go, I do NOT have a positive interaction. The GROW clinic is extremely hard to get in contact with whether it be via email, phone or their portal. When I was last in there, I raised awareness to this issue and the short older lady at reception said "I disagree, you don't get in contact with us" and she proceeded to gaslight me even though I showed her the call logs proving that I have in fact tried to contact them. I also needed them to sign a medical plan for my sons allergy and for 2 weeks I had to fight with them and I still never got the form (I filled it out, all a Dr had to do was sign it), I lost my childs day care spot and my job because of it. The staff is incredibly rude; especially the short receptionist. The Dr's there are rude. They don't pay much attention to you or your concerns. I also asked for a referral to a physiatrist because postpartum depression hit me like a bus and they refused to give me one despite the fact that I am very urgently in need of mental help. I understand Dr's are sparse but you and your kids are better off going into a walk in clinic. Going to the GROW clinic is supporting a clinic that medically neglects their patients.
If you're going to offer 2 separate days of accepting new patients... maybe leave some room on the second day to actually accept new patients. Or put a sign up on your door canceling the second day and that your patient list is full. So people aren't stuck waiting HOURS in the freezing cold desperate for a doctor, just to be turned away as soon as you open. You knew there'd be a line, as there was one last weekend too. Pathetic communication skills, hope this isn't an indication on how you run your clinic.
The front staff came across as rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively with patients, and their tone and attitude made the visit uncomfortable. As a patient, you expect to be treated with respect and understanding—unfortunately, that was not the case here. The staff used to be so much better.
