Homepro pest control was professional, efficient, cost-effective and honest. It turned out we did not require pest control after all, and they worked with me to adapt the plan I had purchased. They were also truthful in letting us know we likely didn't have a problem, yet they completed a full, thorough and patient servicing of the house out of caution. They were also customer service-oriented, polite and courteous, both via their call centre and during in-person interactions with myself and family. I would recommend this trustworthy company to anyone in need!

Really happy with our experience with HomePro Pest Control. We had some issues with ants and centipedes in the house, and they were able to respond quickly and take care of the problem. The customer service was excellent, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy. Super happy with this service - Kaylem our technician, is a very efficient, friendly, and professional chap, the main treatment produced excellent results, and has been performing follow ups to ensure the pests aren't coming back (which they haven't thus far). I had a minor pest issue recently and was assisted by Murtaza from Homepro. I was extremely stressed and frustrated due to the pest issue but Murtaza was extremely reassuring and helped me figure out an action plan. He checked in with me a few days later as well to ensure everything was going smoothly. 10/10 customer service!

It was an amazing journey with this company. The outcome was fantastic. No rodents anymore in the entire house lit. Also, they have exterminated wasp net,spiders, ants, and many other anoyying bugs. Prompt response and action. Very polite and Knowledgable. Reasonable fees and subscription. Highly recommended.

wow, Kyle came by to spray. And he not only waited for me to come even though I was running late, he also helped me move the dishes and food from cupboards in my rental property. The service was outstanding. He helped, and was extremely polite.
