I had a wonderful experience having my child at Kinderville.The educators are exceptional, warm and kind. I especially loved how my child is received into the arms of the educators in the morning.I believe this alleviated the anxiety my child may be experiencing and created a sense of safety.Whenever we were not at the centre around a specific time, the educator called to check on my child's wellbeing.My child was a picky eater and the centre accomodated his needs by allowing us to bring food from home.The educators were always excited to see my child achieve various milestones and we celebrated with so much excitement.The management is great as well in accomodating our needs and I am grateful for our time at Kinderville.
My son spent his infant year at this childcare centre. The educators were wonderful, he loved going here. The activities were great and photo updates were great.
My little boy went there for his infant year and they took great care of him. The staff were great and he was happy to go to class everyday.
Very disappointed with my experience with the management at Kinderville London, particularly Suad. I found her communication to be extremely short, dismissive, and condescending. I was left feeling like my questions were an inconvenience rather than being treated as a parent looking for childcare for my child.
Unfortunately, my experience was concerning enough that I decided not to pursue enrolment for my daughter at Kinderville.
What also stood out to me was finding multiple other reviews who also described similar concerns regarding the management’s attitude and communication with parents and staff. While I can only speak to my own experience, seeing these similar reviews was disappointing.
Senior management did respond to my concerns, which I appreciate, but my experience with the London location left a very negative impression.
Worst daycare ever! It should be called a nightmare, not a daycare. My daughter spent a year there and had multiple accidents. Things only changed when I threatened to report them to the authorities. Before that, nobody cared. The lady in charge would just smile, offer a weak apology, and pretend nothing serious had happened to my child.
I Had to remove both my children from care in December of 2023 after being at this centre for 2.5 years. Once new management took over in August, my kids started being neglected. High staff turnover rate. My daughter ended up in the hospital due to neglect. I had no choice but to pull my kids with nowhere else to go. Sadly, this was my family’s only option.
