Chris and his crew were very professional, very pleasant and always willing to do whatever they could to make their customers happy I have known a few people in the complex who didn't receive notification from the condo corporation to remove items from their patio and fences Chris and crew without hesitation renoved everything for them and also put everything back for them when the patio and fence job was completed My own personal patio area looks amazing There were a few things I didn't like in the beginning And they pleasantly changed everything until it was the way I liked it Thanks Chris and crew I love my new patio and fencing Great job all around

Chris and his team just helped us with a complicated driveway excavation and rebuild on an old historic home and they were fantastic. Responsive and professional throughout, stayed exactly on schedule even while working around multiple other parallel jobs / contractors we had ongoing, and stayed right on budget. Most importantly, the end result is stunning - a specialty sourced worn cobblestone interlock with a perfect colour match on both the stone and poly filling sand.

From the first call to the first swim, Chris and his team were absolutely phenomenal! This was a dream project for us, like it is for many people, and the incredible team at Living Design & Build overdelivered at every single stage! Chris has the exceptional ability to understand and create unique design concepts using digital tools, estimating what is needed accurately and actually implementing on site. His team is professional and reliable. My project was stalled due to structural issues and Chris resolved the problem with creatively .

The work that Chris and his team did at my house..... AMAZING!! I've had so many compliments on the workmanship, design, and overall look.... My backyard and the front of my condo unit looks awesome!! I cannot say enough about the guys, so professional, organized, efficient... very meticulous and attention to details.... 12 out 10!!!
