I always have a great experience here. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and seem to really care. I’ve only had a pond for a few years now, and everything I’ve purchased has been at blooming bog, all my plants are doing great, including my water Lillie’s which have tripled in size over the last 2 years. It’s also just fun coming in and looking at the wildlife in the back!
Excellent customer service! Isa was very helpful as there was a mix up with my online order. I had indicated that my order was to be a pick up order but then it became a shipping order. Isa rectified it immediately. She also noticed that I did not receive a discount. She deducted the discount from the total amount. I’m very happy to have my water lettuce 😊
The team at Bloomin Bog are wonderful and full of expertise! We came in feeling so frustrated by a variety of challenges with our backyard fountain. Isa and the team took the time to educate us on and helped us put together a plan to improve our setup. Their advice was perfect and our fountain is running better than ever!
What a great place! We visited last weekend and my Little loved seeing all the koi and ponds. Some beautiful flowers we bought too!!! We had driven by for years without stopping and I wish I had gone sooner!
