My diabetes specialist referred me to this wonderful center to follow up with nutritionist Christina. She then referred me to the physiotherapy department after observing my condition and the reason I was using a cane. During my treatment, my blood sugar levels improved and my walking pain lessened. Everyone at this medical center is highly professional & friendly especially nutritionist Christina and physiotherapists Catherine and Matthew. Thank you all, and thank you to the reception staff.

I have been a patient with Dr. Sereda for about 16 years. I see my nurse practitioner on a regular basis as well as the diabetic clinic and have seen the resperologist. They also have a team of RN's that see patients and will do bloodwork. The staff at the Dundas St Clinic are all very friendly, compassionate and caring people that are willing to assist in any medical issues.
I appreciate the employees here. They put up with alot of difficult people but still do a good job with every new person. I appreciate my doctor really making an effort to treat my problems seriously.
I am more than glad I could get my HRT from here, but I’ve had multiple problems with LIHC. The most prominent would be the intrusive questions that are often asked, the locked front door when going to your scheduled appointment (having to call, if you're lucky, not multiple times to get inside), and having problems with getting my prescription. They treat it very relaxed, when in my view, getting the prescription to the patient is about the most important thing. Without my dad getting my prescription, it would’ve been impossible, and my heart goes out to others trying to advocate for themselves. Update: I switched clinics because I couldn’t put up with the stress of the appointments. the new clinic I’m at is much more comfortable and I haven’t had to answer any weirdly personal questions
I havent even had intake yet in order to review that, however I work eves/nights in healthcare and had to stay mandated overtime tonight. When I called the after hours line they informed me that they could pass on a message in regards to the need to cancel my appointment. But once I explained to them that I am now working until 6am they told me they cant actually send a message and that they'd call me when they open at 9am. I explained that I won't get home from work until almost 7am then will be sleeping after working a night shift. They didnt care. Just kept saying someone will call me at 9am. I tried to give notice and reschedule but was refused so ... not my problem anymore. Im now forced to no-show and turn off my call volume that is generally on for emergencies but I refuse to be woken up 2 hours after falling asleep after a 16 hour OT night shift simply because a company cant manage itself
Dreadful. Subsistence level care only - the bare minimum to get you seen and out the door. Basic procedures not followed - they will not look past the superficial. Sinuses impacted causing extreme pain? "Take your mental health medication. "Counselling" consists of listening to the so-called counselor complain about her life. The doctor doesn't seem to be able to grasp when she needs to refer the patient to a specialist - her only concern is BMI and mental health. UPDATE: and if you ask too many awkward questions and ask for a meeting with the team and the manager to clear the air, they kick you off their roster. going over the reviews, it seems the trouble all started about two years ago. that's when the staff's attitude became very negative and judgmental and even small accommodations like allowing someone with mobility issues and a toddler to use the back door instead of having to walk all the way around the building and running the gauntlet of druggies using and zoning out at the front of the building stopped. Summary: only come here if you have basic-level needs. if you are medically or mentally complex, you need to stay away from this clinic.
