Thank you Diane … She was instrumental in the sale of my house .. I met with her 6 months prior to putting my house on the market and asked what I should be doing to get it ready. I listened to her since she has over 30 years of experience. Suggestions from yard work to putting me in touch with Staging people Ben & Britt whom where also very helpful with painting suggestions and preparing to make for the staging. Then doing a quick beautiful job of the final staging.. To be honest it took weeks of hard work of painting repairs, cleaning and clearing to get the house ready .. And it worked thank you. As well the buyer now has a lovely ready to move in home that’s totally complete now..
