Dr Caria is excellent. She listens to your concerns and never rushes you out without answering your questions. She’s also very thorough and makes referrals where necessary. Cheryl ( the nurse) is also great, and I’ve never had any issues with the reception desk.
I had an east Indian man ( sorry I dont know his name) do an ultrasound on my shoulder. Excellent job. Very efficient, polite and extremely knowledgeable.

I called for an appointment and was told the earliest available date was Sept.??? That is 4 months from now. Anyone else experiencing this?
Am not sure why no one answers the call from front desk. Also, they are so rude while talking in-person! It is not easy to drive to Lucan each and every time to book an appointment especially when we are out of town/in London.i wish the clinic should take necessary actions for this!
