I had a routine physical exam with Dr. Mather at this clinic. He is incredibly skilled and up to date with the latest medical practices. His attention to detail and professionalism sets him apart from other physicians. He explains everything in plain language allowing me to trust his opinion completely. He is a Doctor who truly cares about his patients, and it’s evident in how he treats them. I feel lucky to have Dr. Mather as my doctor. Thank you for everything you do!

This is an excellent medical facility that is connected with Western University that teaches new doctors and are mentored closely by their doctor/teachers. A far better place than busy Emergency that are over worked and under staffed. So very thankful for the medical help since 2009. WDC
Dr. Mather is hands down the best family Doctor. Efficient, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The Middlesex Centre is clean, organized, well structured and also very efficient. We are very lucky to have such a phenomenal family Physician. Thank you for everything you do, you are greatly appreciated.
There ok people I don’t really like my doctor there but it’s fine just because he’s never there and he always gets his medical students nurses to see me instead of him as my doctor I would actually like my doctor when needed to speak with I hope there trained for every thing properly
We remain sitting in the waiting room - now about 45min behind schedule. The clinic seems less focused on patient health and is shifting toward automation/portals etc and lessening contact with patients. Organization is not optimal. Its sad. Ive gone here (to the old clinic on Ilderton road and this one) for over 40 years. Id really like to speak to someone about our experience. I feel like less than a number.
Appointment bookings are pointless, we are expected to be there on time and wait over 45 mins for a scheduled appointment. Reception doesn’t even acknowledge the long wait times and are too busy socializing. People work, and plan things in their day. When asked to reschedule due to needing to return to work, we then get put on notice that we might be charged for the short cancellation. Patients shouldn’t have to choose between health care and work commitments. If this clinic is so understaffed and unorganized to keep appointment times, then the least they can do is acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience.
