Matthew did a very thorough commercial inspection for us. While this was a requirement of the bank that I begrudged at first, in the end it was a report that I found both easy enough to understand and useful for planning and better positioning my business. The market analysis was up to date and specific to my region.
I’m just amazed that Otto & Company had the nerve to charge me an extra $25 over and above the $500 I paid just for a hard copy to be mailed to me. I used them back in 2015 and there was no extra charge. Obviously they don’t want to go the extra mile for their customers anymore. The gentleman that did my appraisal didn’t even know if it could be done 🤦♀️ after a gentle reminder he had to go ask an associate if it could be done. Honestly just a print and mail …… not happy. I will simply to to Staples and print it myself for a nominal fee I’m sure will be much less than $25. But it’s the inconvenience that I have to now go do it when I paid them for the appraisal. Also this was not laid out initially. You should let people know that $500 does not include a hard copy. Not good business.
