He fixed the problem quickly and provided clear explanations and communications along the way. PTN protects families. We just used them to install a Level 2 car charger for our new electrical vehicle and it's once again 5/5 stars. I would give them more stars if I could. Cathy coordinated everything and took ownership over all our needs, including looping in the owner John who answered all my extra questions and dealing with Hydro One on our behalf to save us time. They came in under budget on their quote, and the install went PERFECTLY. It was an excellent experience start to finish.
