This gym is clean, convenient and the strength and conditioning classes are great. It's not too busy which is nice and group classes are kept small. As a busy mom with kids in hockey I find it very convenient to use the gym and be able to see my kids on the ice while getting a workout in. LFA is a great asset in a small town community.
Great space to workout. The equipment is high quality and the staff and other members are super friendly, creating an awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend getting a Lucanfit membership
It is amazing to have a gym of this calibre in Lucan! The space is clean with a large variety of machines. The group classes are awesome and modifiable for all fitness levels.
Nice friendly and not too busy for workout times. Had some personal training session that were super. Gym is compact and gets me focoused. I like that there aren’t a zoo of choices to do your exercises.
Wonderful team of knowledgeable trainers and a great local community fitness centre.
