I cannot say enough good things about this place. I am a 32 year old woman who was at my worst and my most vulnerable point in my life. I ended up having to stay in the CCU of this hospital for almost 2 weeks at no fault of their own. The care not only I received, the care my family recieved while dealing with me at my most vulnerable was absolutely amazing, from the nursing staff, to the laundry to the people that even drop the trays these were the kindest people I have ever met. Thank you to everyone who came in contact with me. I cannot be more thankful. ❤️
I recently waited 8 hours to see any help which is long but I understand. The triage nurse made a round of checks on the people that had been waiting a long time. The doctor was amazing explaining everything to me, did simple labs to put my mind at ease.
Dr Mohamad gave me a chance and we both believed something impossible can be possible.

I am very concerned about the cleanliness of the hospital since most of the cleaning services were contracted out to other companies.
During my visits, I have noticed that many areas of the hospital appear dirty and look as though they have not been cleaned regularly. The bathrooms, in particular, often appear unclean and, at times, look like they have gone weeks without proper cleaning.
I have also observed some cleaning staff wearing blue uniform shirts spending extended periods of time on their phones behind their cleaning carts instead of performing their duties. While I understand that employees are entitled to breaks, this appeared to be happening for long periods and not simply during scheduled break times.
A hospital should be a place where patients feel safe, especially when they are already sick or have weakened immune systems. Cleanliness is essential for infection prevention and for maintaining public confidence in the care being provided.
I urge the hospital to review the quality of its contracted cleaning services and ensure that all staff are properly supervised and held accountable for completing their responsibilities. Patients, visitors, and healthcare workers deserve a clean, safe environment.
Reception E3-619 of the hospital, whoever was working at 1:00pm was absolutely the rudest nastiest person I ever met. She didn’t understand anything we were trying to tell her and gave me misinformation when I was telling her I have been here multiple times for the same thing and I understand what I was telling her. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
