I very much appreciated the care that the staff took to follow CoVid safety requirements. Dr Oster brought Teddy outside afterwards and answered all my questions. Both of us wearing masks. I especially like the fact that all the results and follow-up instructions are printed on the invoice. I appreciated being able to sit in the shade and admire their gardens while Teddy had his examination instead of sitting in my blazing hot car.

Vets are good but the reception is horrific. You are lucky to get through to speak to anyone when calling all day. Takes forever for them to call back if you leave them a voicemail. I've called 7 times over the course of 3 hours and no answers.
