Very bad experience. I almost bought 10 clothes from them and had a damage on one of them. I was out of province so couldn’t return in time. I understand the return or exchange policies but I at least expect them to be empathetic rather than being very rude to their customer. Never going back to this store. Please have good customer service in this competitive industry for better customer retention.

I'm very disappointed with the store manager, when my wife walking in to trade a solid silk polyes, the way she treat us didn't deserve to be attending people. She was a very rude "lady".
