So grateful for the girls and the surgeon who did the pyometra surgery on my girl. Every other vet in Gta and surrounding were charging way to much. They deserve the world. And You can trust them with you babies Thank you so much

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after a couple of interactions with Andrea at the front desk, I feel compelled to share my experience. Andrea is, without question, one of the rudest and most apathetic receptionists I have ever encountered. Her attitude alone is the reason I have decided to leave this clinic. The first incident occurred when my mother and I brought our dog in because we believed she had an ear infection. Instead of being met with basic courtesy or professionalism, we were spoken to in a condescending and judgmental tone. We left feeling uncomfortable and genuinely surprised that someone working in a veterinary clinic could treat concerned pet owners that way. I brushed it off and gave the clinic another chance. That was a mistake. This morning, I rushed my dog to the clinic after she began vomiting blood. I was terrified and looking for guidance. When I walked in, there was no greeting, no concern, no empathy, just an abrupt response that “we don’t have our vets in and we are not an emergency clinic.” I completely understand that not every clinic can accommodate emergencies. What I do not understand is how someone working in a profession centered around caring for animals and supporting worried pet owners can display such a shocking lack of compassion. As I explained my dog’s symptoms and answered questions about when they started, Andrea’s tone remained cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. At no point did she show even the slightest concern for the situation. I left feeling like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for help. Everyone has bad days. But after two separate encounters months apart, this does not feel like a bad day. The veterinarians themselves may be good, but front-desk staff are often the first and last impression clients have of a clinic. Andrea’s behavior reflects extremely poorly on this practice. No pet owner should be made to feel judged, dismissed, or unwelcome when they are seeking help for a sick animal. I have since moved my pet’s care elsewhere. Compassion costs nothing, and unfortunately, it was completely absent from my experience here.
