This place is amazing. We had an unfortunate incident with oatmeal raisin cookies and I had called around asking for advise but it was lunch time and all I was getting was voicemails. This place not only answered but they were able to take us in last minute. From there I learned they were in the middle of some changes so they didnt have the medicine we needed but still gave us wonderful advise and what to look out for in the next 12-24 hours. Then they proceeded to not even charge me for the visit! They have 4 convention locations and u can go to any of them. This one just happened to be down the street from me and the emergency vet was across the city. Big guy is doing well he's loving all this extra food that we've been feeding him to push the raisins thru his system.

My husband and I were so pleased with this clinic. They got Milo in right away on a long weekend where everyone was closed. Dr Jacob was amazing, he took his time explaining what was possibly happening and the different options we could go with. Class act Doctor! The front desk ladies were exceptional, so friendly and professional. A HUGE thank you to vet tech Sam! Sam, you were amazing with Milo and helped us so much with everything, that clinic is lucky to have you! Again thank you so much to the team 💙
On September 2, around 2am, we unfortunately had to have our boy Diesel put to sleep. the staff were fantastic and very accommodating during this difficult time. Diesel's favourite snack was cheese, and one of the staff members happened to have cheese in her lunch bag. she gave us some cheese to give our boy his favourite snack before he left us. Thank you for all you do, these moments were very special to us.
Dr. Renee and the staff helped us say goodbye to our sweet senior cat, Oreo. We are grieving deeply at this time; but, I just wanted to share how kind and supportive they were through the entire process. They ensured our boy wasn't in any pain, explained what was happening, and gently led us through the process of letting him go peacefully. We will be eternally grateful.
