Clay Design, Construction & Cabinetry

Millenium Construction and Design built our home in 2019. We were so happy with their work. When we learned that they had merged with Clay it was an easy choice for finishing our basement. What we found in Clay was a next level of professionalism, craftsmanship and planning. The design and coordination with Leah was seamless. The communication was fantastic with Steve, especially close to the finish line where he really moved mountains to get it across. He had a great team working at our site. Props to Jerry and his apprentice Alex, they were cheery, friendly and so considerate of the space they were working in. The basement build was complicated, with some elements that required additional planning and coordination. Clay handled those challenges with ease. The craftsmanship shown in the millwork and cabinetry build was outstanding, and all the trades that they brought in were professional, just like their entire team. With any major renovation there are always delays and hiccups along the way. The sign of true professionalism is how those bumps in the road are handled. Craig and Bonnie are the epitome of that. They delivered an exceptional product and we could not have been happier with the final result! Special shout out to Slats…what a great addition to an already amazing team at Clay!!!

I was very impressed with the work done in my home (1st floor gut and renovate) as the staff were knowledgeable and professional. They worked with us, as we lived in the home during the renovation process, and were incredibly patient with my young daughter who asked so many questions. I felt like I was part of a team, making decisions together and problem solving any issues that came up. I also really liked the way the employees were treated. They were happy to be at work and proud of the work they were doing. I would certainly hire this company again! I’ve included some before and after photos.

Incredibly happy with the service we received. Everyone was very attentive to detail and respectful of our space, ensuring that everything was clean and organized before leaving. Justin was so professional and clearly talented in his craft. We are thrilled with our new bathrooms and the reparations that were done to fix that leak that had precipitated the renovations. Not only do we recommend them to others (and have already), we will call Clay the next time we need work done again.

We cannot say enough about working with Covenant Construction! Had the pleasure of working with them in 2009 to add a family room, master bedroom, ensuite, garage & heated driveway; and then again in 2016 when they took care of our kitchen renovation. It’s been years and we are still incredibly happy with everything they did for us. High quality work, friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend! Covenant Construction is outstanding!! We looked at several London ON construction companies— I was verifying experience, financial stability, quality, timeliness to complete and professionalism. Covenant scores a solid 10/10. They are amazing— the staff including Randy, Leah, Jerry are the friendliest, most reliable, honest, and experts we ran into. We trusted them with a complete, major renovation of house that required us to move out and spend +500K, and they delivered on time (despite supply chain issues), they kept all their promises and were fantastic to deal with. I give Covenant Construction— and Craig Hardy and his team—my highest accolades and recommendation!!

This is an excellent company to handle your renovations and new builds. They have the talented employees and equipment to do any reno. You are dealing with people who are organized, motivated and have integrity. They have renovated my main bathroom, den including a new fireplace, garage and built a new large deck plus done smaller jobs. All were better than I had hoped for.
