We hired Tyler to complete a bathroom renovation, along with some kitchen cabinetry in a house we own in London. We don’t live in the area so I did some preliminary research online before narrowing down to a few contractors and meeting them at the house.
Tyler was organized and detailed. He laid out an estimate, ensured we were aligned and then provided a timeline for starting and completion which he met on both ends. He’s personable, accessible and communicative!

We had our front porch posts replaced by Kirk Renovations and were very pleased with the entire experience. We are usually cautious when hiring contractors, but this project exceeded our expectations. The work was completed within the agreed timeline, the job site was always left clean, and the final cost remained exactly as estimated. Tyler was very responsive and patient with all of our questions throughout the process. The new posts look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

He's thorough, honest and hard working and brought in talented and professional trades people to work along side him.
