Absolutely awesome! We’ve worked with Luke and the Continental Home team on multiple occasions (and an variety of home improvement projects) over a span of 15 years and two homes, most recently our front door and window replacement. Each time, communication was friendly, clear, courteous and open, our concerns were addressed and timelines were communicated without issue. Luke is awesome as is everyone on his team that we’ve had the pleasure to interact with. We are super happy. They are honest, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I would say I am a particularly “picky” client and they exceeded my expectations. Last year we had continental do siding and eavestrough as well as shore up some floor work as previous owners cut 4 floor joists on main floor. So we have had surprises, but when luc and the crew find them they take care of it and left us assured that all will be good. Had to call them about 6 months later for a minor issue with eaves, issue solved 2 days later.show up when they say, go way above and beyond the call of duty. These people are real people. This is our home and our life and they treat it that way.
I met Luc at Home Expo and I explained my problems with Sidings. He came to my house to check it. We decided to replace sidings. They did a great job. covered older metal channels with new white one to match with the sidings. Now it looks fantastic. I am very much satisfied with the work. Luc visited to check the work and he suggested few improvements to make better to his boys. Overall nice work.
Continental Homes did a roof for us. The 2 young men they sent to do the job were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and considering the type of work, the clean up at the end of the job was quite proficient. I would highly recommend.
