You guys were absolutely amazing. We rented a suit for my son’s grade 8 graduation. When we came in we were helped quickly and with great respect. We were in and out in no time. When dropping off his suit this busy mama really appreciated your kindness. 💕

We are extremely disappointed and frankly appalled by our experience with Collins Clothiers London. The entire suit ordering and alteration process was incredibly frustrating and caused an unnecessary amount of stress leading up to a very important day.
The suit required the alterations to be remeasured three separate times, which was extremely concerning. We were also told that the suit was not in the store, only to find out after asking numerous questions that it actually was in the store. This lack of communication and organization is unacceptable.
By the time we were finally able to pick up the suit, there was not enough time remaining before our wedding event for a final fitting, leaving us with no choice but to take it as it was.
For an occasion as important as a wedding, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and customer service. Instead, the experience created an abundance of stress that we absolutely did not need leading up to our special day.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning to Collins and would not recommend their services to others. The level of service we received was simply unacceptable.
if you’re looking for a stressful and unprofessional experience, I would highly recommend Collins, not only did they provide us with 3 suits that weren’t even close to fitting our bridal party but they were also given to us 1-2 days before the wedding itself leaving us to have to get them fixed the day before, after all of this there were still imperfection with a couple of our groomsmen outfits like providing different colour shoes, overall just not a great experience, pricy as well, I would recommend Moores or any other rental place other than Collins.
