We used Riverside Construction for the recent renovation of almost our entire first floor. Renovation can be a stressful process, but ours was not. Working with Riverside was wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with from start to finish. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly throughout the entire project, and delivered quality results.
Dave and Simon were a pleasure to work with, as were all of their crew. All were skilled, trustworthy, respectful of our home, and very kind to all family members, including our excitable puppy.
We are extremely pleased with the final result. We have a few more future projects in mind, and we would definitely use Riverside Construction again.

Once again we are very impressed by the fantastic renovations done by Riverside Construction. This talented and devoted team created a beautiful guest bathroom with stunning custom cabinets to maximize our storage space. The tile work is a perfect complement to the cabinets and were professionally installed. A back lit mirror jazzed up the room utilizing less space.
We desired a main floor laundry space and with the brilliant design team it was successfully and discreetly integrated into the guest bedroom closet. What a clever design enabling us to have all the amenities on the main floor.
Riverside Construction was on time, considerate, and hard working. Any concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely matter.

Riverside is the perfect blend of what a renovation company should be: small enough to feel exceptionally personal but with years of experience to ensure your project is top-notch no matter the scale. My husband and I worked with Riverside to renovate our main floor in a side-split home from the 1970s.
From the start their communication was clear and prompt. Their online software program gave us the ability to see the entire contract at any time (with live updates from their end) and the ability to make/approve changes. Demolition started on time; ALL their subcontractors (flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling) were professional and excelled in their various fields; they coordinated with Casey’s Creative Kitchens for the kitchen cabinetry design & installation; along the way some small issues were discovered (to be expected) and the crew ensured everything was fixed appropriately.
The entire project was completed in roughly 6.5 weeks. My husband and I lived upstairs during the whole renovation...and I was 8 months pregnant! Above all, every single Riverside employee and subcontractor was professional and respectful. They ensured our home was always free of any personal garbage and kept as clean as possible.

We hired Riverside to renovate our bathroom in our Old North home, and they did an amazing job! We’ve worked with Riverside Construction on two projects. The first, a remodel of our main floor laundry and den to add an extra bedroom and full bathroom was all we hoped.
