⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service & They Stood Behind Their Product I purchased my engineered hardwood flooring from Cosmaroma about a year and a half ago. Recently, one of the boards developed a split, so I contacted Andrea at Cosmaroma and sent her a picture of the damage. Andrea immediately called me and assured me that she would send the information to her boss and have him look into it right away. She told me, “Just leave it with me, and I promise I’ll get back to you.” And she did! About a week later, Andrea contacted me again to let me know they were still working on it and told me not to worry because “we have your back.” That really meant a lot to me. A few days later, her boss called me personally. He assured me that he was looking into the situation and promised he would take care of us. I explained that I wasn’t looking for a refund or to have my entire floor replaced. I simply wanted the damaged plank professionally removed and replaced with one of the extra boards I had saved. Cosmaroma sent one of their contractors, Gino, to do the job. He was extremely professional, careful and did an excellent job replacing the board. He even told me that if the repair didn’t work out, he would replace the flooring from that board all the way to the end of the kitchen. Thankfully, that wasn’t necessary because he did such a great job the first time! What impressed me most was how Cosmaroma handled the situation. Things can happen with any product, but what really matters is how a company responds when there is a problem. Andrea, her boss and Gino all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am very happy with my floor, but even more impressed with the customer service and the fact that Cosmaroma truly stood behind their product. Thank you to Andrea, her boss and Gino for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I would definitely recommend Cosmaroma! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello there I don't usually leave reviews other than giving a thumbs up or the Stars rating style.however I feel most compelled to say that after weeks of us (my wife and I) searching for a contractor we finally found a great guy and both us and him decided that we would purchase the materials and he would install. The contractor informed us that he exclusively purchases from Cosmaroma! That was a relief! Because we had search all the big box stores and different online platforms previously to no avail. So and we decided to go with his advice and inquire about our tiles at Cosmaroma After walking in we met Andrea and we were blown away with her knowledge and especially the help this wonderful woman gave us. Andrea looked everywhere in their inventory to find us the best deal for our budget and low and behold she did! We went there to purchase tiles and ended up buying all our materials! Tiles,vanity,bathtub and at a great price! Went to London Store today. Pricing is just awesome. Way better than big box stores. However … it’s the SERVICE! Outstanding!!! Shawn ( or Sean) was truly spectacular. Lots of people around just asking us of we needed help. When we decided what we wanted … no going to find a cart , or dolly, or anything. We told Shawn … he rang us up. Said to pull around to the side door … boom there was our order. They Loaded into my truck. Off I went!!! PAINLESS. No struggling with big sheet of plywood myself. Or loading all the casing. They did it all. Oh did I mention much less expensive than Big Box stores? Now the tough part … starting a new project.
This place is more than a reno store, it felt like a whole renovation experience.. large selection of products, great prices, and genuine customer service. They made what was in my mind materialize and knew what I wanted to say despite being newer to all of this (I’m an office guy) Thank you hussein, andrea, ahmed and the rest of the crew for your help (sorry to anyone I missed!) Very warm and welcoming environment as soon as I walked in the door, highly recommend!!
We have had a fantastic experience with Cosmaroma in London. Specifically, Ahmed has been amazing! He is super helpful and knowledgeable and will always get you the best deal possible. He has been so efficient and has gone out of his way to help us throughout our renovation process. We can’t speak highly enough of Ahmed and his colleagues and the products from Cosmaroma. Highly recommend.
