The men and women who work here are truly under appreciated, and from my experience and observations over the past 6 months do a great job !. My father was well cared for as an elderly resident with mobility and dementia based limitations. He commented frequently how hard everyone worked, and how well he was treated. He was was fortunate to have been so well cared for during his stay. His final chapter has turned its last page, which means another deserving family in need can now experience the staff and what they have to offer.

Such a wonderful place with an absolutely amazing team! Everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, welcoming, and compassionate. The staff truly go above and beyond to create a warm, positive, and supportive environment. You can really feel the care and dedication they have for the people they work with. ❤️ A beautiful team with big hearts! We picked this place thinking it was smaller than alot of homes and would be more homelike but that is not the case. If you think your parent is going to be taken care of it depends if they have dementia or Alzheimer's. If they can't speak up for themselves you have to go there every day to check up on them. They are suppose to supply incontinence pads but they lock them up and psws can't get them easily. It's seems they are short on supplies. They was a week there were no incontinence pads. They didn't order any. Your elderly parent who needs familiarity with staff does not get the same PSW. They change the staff around constantly so the staff doesn't get to know your parent. This is not the psws fault. Management makes the decisions. My mom has really declined since we placed her here. I would recommend you visit the homes during day and get advice from a friend BEFORE you place your parent in any long term care place. You should pick a place close to your house. It's very hard on your family member when you move them
