My mother and I planned to come here on a day off work to look for a mother of the bride dress for my wedding. We looked at the hours online and planned to take a day off work. We both scheduled our time off work and drove over an hour in pouring rain to the store only to find they had reduced their hours due to staff shortages. I understand staffing issues but we checked the hours on the weekend for Wednesday and they were not updated. They are now but updated but that is not enough notice considering we both requested time off work and planned our day based on the schedule that was posted. We had looked at the hours posted and used the chat feature which confirmed the hours. We are both so disappointed
