From the front desk staff to the veterinarians, everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The vet took the time to do a thorough examination without rushing, answered all of my questions in great detail, and treated my pet with the utmost gentleness and care. My dog has been a patient at Ilderton Pet Hospital for many years now. She has been a bit of a frequent flyer (self-induced) over the last couple years and I am constantly blown away by the care she receives at each visit. Dr Kim and Dr Christina are kind, knowledgeable, skilled and honest people, I trust them completely. The reception staff and vet techs are also outstanding and I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with almost all of them. We will be clients of this clinic for as long as we have animals. I have been and will continue to recommend them to those that ask.
I have to let everyone know that this is the best place for your pets. I was going to a vet in London. However, when my daughter brought her dog in to be put down I was shocked at how the Vet and staff treated the dog and us. I told my daughter I would be moving vets. I have recently brought my dog into the clinic as he was bitten very hard by another dog. The treatment he received was absolutely excellent. Everyone involved was great. I would rather drive from London to ensure my dog has the proper care. This clinic far exceeded my expectations.

Paisley (Tech) and Dr. Kar were amazing and we felt totally at ease like it was a conversation between friends. Very happy with our experience here, plus the stain glass is a cute design touch.
Ilderton Pet Hospital is the absolute best! They make us feel welcomed, supported, and calm. They take incredible care of our cats and they truly care about our cats. From a Fear Free atmosphere, to check in calls, they always go above and beyond! Every staff member is so kind and helpful!
Dr. Karnikaa is very attentive and thorough with her assessment and Evaluation; and the staff is efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
