Joshua is very efficient and always kept us informed/updated during this 5 week process. He created a beautiful and welcoming space for our son and girlfriend. We had a budget for this project and he was willing to allow us to do some work to keep our planned budget which was awesome . Joshua is a very polite and personable We recommended him to a new neighbor and a friend, and will gladly continue to recommend to anyone we know who is looking for a great contractor. Josh will be back in the summer to put up a fence.

I was uncertain of the best way to redo my dated basement and to add a three piece bath in that space.
I requested quotes from three companies. I provided each with a rough outline and potential cost of what I wanted. One was way over my budget and not willing to discuss why. Another did a very brief review of the space and asked for the total square feet. He provided quote without asking any other questions.
Josh came in and reviewed what I was suggesting. He then asked three pertinent questions regarding what the space was mainly going to be used for.
Based on the answers, he made a couple of suggestions that resulted in a more efficient use of space and actually reduced over all costs.
The job was completed as scheduled and within budget.
I am extremely happy with the results and high level of experience and workmanship provided by Josh!!

We had Joshua Built complete two outdoor projects at our home which transformed our outdoor living space. Initially, we had Josh replace our deck, balcony and steps. We were so happy with the level of quality that was achieved that we had him come back the following Spring to replace and add a flagstone walkway. Josh had excellent communication throughout, he explained every step of the process, and was a pleasure to work with overall. We highly recommend Josh and his work!
Josh completed a front deck for our house. He suggested some plans to update our porch with planter boxes that adds to the beauty of the curb appeal. We were so impressed with his work ethic, he always showed up early and left late in the day!! The build came on budget and on time! I have had issues with inexperienced contractors misquoting jobs but Josh was accurate and on time! We are having him back for a bathroom refresh. Thank you Josh, see you soon.

Joshua and team did a full basement finish on two bedrooms, washroom and living room. Offered a good price sent timely quotes, finished the job on schedule and always acting professional and polite.
Even offered doing touch ups and coming back for minor adjustments since I am doing the painting and flooring myself after his team finished.

Joshua is reliable, responsive and does what he says. I am sure there are cheaper but the quality would not compete. He completed my job promptly and did me a favour by getting it done so fast. Would use Joshua again.
