Kettle Creek Roofing came out today to take care of a roof leak and I will definitely say they were very efficient and knowledgeable. Roof leaks are always a problem that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. From the time of scheduling a day to the visit, everything was smooth and prompt.
Since moving to St. Thomas, we've found many services to help us with different tasks (mechanic, gutter repair, HVAC, etc.) but haven't had a go-to roofing company. Now I am proud to say that Kettle Creek Roofing will be my first call for any future problems! Thanks again! :)
A year ago, this is the only roofing company that got back to me for a relatively small job, a chimney flashing replacement, and they were very organized. Someone showed up exactly as scheduled, and the owner was super communicative. So far the replacement has held up great.
It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with them since no one else called or emailed me back. Not to blame anyone of course, I understand how busy it is especially in this climate, but I was truly happy with how well organized Frank was. I will definitely call him again when I need to replace my roof in the future.

I just had a new steel roof installed, and couldn't be happier. Great product, and it looks fantastic. The installer did a great job under very cold conditions. Great communication from Frank and Abe made for a very positive experience.
