The operations manager went to great lengths with respect and determination to obtain the best possible solution for us in replacing our entire roof and deal dealing with our insurance company. In relation to the individual who came repeatedly to our home before during, and after the installation was as well, very polite, professional, supportive, and approachable. We greatly appreciate his expertise. This project manager was resourceful, polite, and res respectful and definitely made our family feel comfortable and positive about doing business with this company Finally, in relation to the gentleman on site, who did the actual work, they were always professional and polite to our entire family, and they were very respectful of our property, both on the roof and on the ground Post follow up again done by the overall project coordinator that came to the home his follow up in this company follow up made sure that there was nothing in our eavestrough. His examination of the property in not only included the work that they did up top, but also made sure that there was no nails left on the ground or other debris drop that had dropped to the ground

Advanced Level Homes is an extremely professional company. They helped me with my recent roof replacement in the London ontario area, First of all Sajad helped me with the detection of the huge hail damage on the roof, then Sajad, Will ( Owner) and Christine from the office helped me with my claim with the insurance company. Finally, Rafael and Christian and his team took over and installed a beautiful roof, great workmanship , job was done neatly, professionally right from the first roof shingle to the final inspection. The experience from the beginning to the end was seamless, no surprises, no headaches, no flip-flop to the point, and extremely satisfying. I wish everyone who helped me with great success ahead.
