I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Laura and the entire team at London Integrative Veterinary. They have truly given me more precious years with my beloved dog, Maddy. Maddy was diagnosed with kidney disease at 11 years old. At our previous veterinary clinic, we were referred to an internal medicine specialist and she was started on blood pressure medication. Despite everyone’s best intentions, her kidney values continued to worsen and I watched her slowly lose her spark. I knew I had to look for another approach. After doing a great deal of research, I found Dr. Laura, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for Maddy. By combining traditional veterinary medicine with carefully selected herbal therapies and supplements, Dr. Laura developed a treatment plan that addressed Maddy as a whole, not just her lab results. Today, Maddy is 13 years old and still enjoying a wonderful quality of life with stable Stage 2 kidney disease. Every extra day I get to spend with her is a gift, and I truly believe I have Dr. Laura and her incredible team to thank for that. The compassion, knowledge, and dedication at London Integrative Veterinary are exceptional. They are open-minded, thorough, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible treatment plan for every patient by integrating conventional and alternative medicine. The trust I have in this team is so great that I have also transferred my 6-year-old Anatolian Shepherd to their care. Their focus on prevention and long-term wellness gives me confidence that he will have the healthiest and happiest life possible. Thank you, Dr. Laura, and everyone at London Integrative Veterinary, for giving me more time with my little girl. There is no greater gift than that, and I will be forever grateful.

We bring our beloved 15 year old cat to this clinic, and there is nowhere else we could imagine taking him. Dr.Ravi is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. He and his team genuinely care about their patients, following up after visits to check on progress and always responding promptly to any questions or concerns. The clinic is consistently clean, and the vet techs are friendly, professional, and welcoming. We have been seeing Dr. Palumbo & team since 2024 for all our veterinary needs and there's no one we would trust more with the care of our fur babies. Dr. Palumbo is very thorough and it is such a relief to have a veterinarian that is aligned to holistic integrative practice so close to home. Dr. Palumbo is very thorough with assessments and gives us the best information on available options so that our family can make the best decisions on treatments and supportive plans. The team is very responsive by phone and email, and they have been so accommodating with us. The vet techs are all amazing as well! We have worked with Meg, Katie, Paige and Emily on different occasions and each of them have been so good with our fur babies. They are friendly, gentle and bring lots of care to their work. They've also been very thorough at drop-off and discharge for the different procedures that our cat has needed over the years. The quality of care and service that we receive from LIVS is the golden standard and we are so lucky that our fur babies have such an amazing doctor & techs.
We visited LIVS for a consultation for our dog who is dealing with a leg injury. Dr Ravi and his assistant took the time to review our dog’s Xrays and thorughly explained the injury, treatment options, recovery, and overall prognosis. Dr. Ravi was kind, patient, and an expert in our dog’s injury and surgery. He was patient with all our questions and detailed in answering them. At no point did we feel pressured to use him for our dog’s upcoming surgery. Dr. Ravi made us feel at ease that our dog can have a positive outcome. Dr. Ravi even took the time to email us a summary of our appointment with our dogs prognosis and outlined the different treatment options so we could review again after the appointment. The other staff were very friendly and the clinic was nice and clean.
Could not recommend this vets office enough! My senior dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Dr Ravi had went above and beyond to work with me to create a clear plan of action. And absolutely have been great at every corner. They tell you honestly what's in the best interest for your pet and do not try and oversell! Again I could not recommend them enough!
I truly love the atmosphere, they’re knowledgeable, experienced , kind , very friendly and professional. They were patient and took their time to discuss everything my pup needed or didn’t need. I’m switching my other dog to their office and will recommend them over and above any other veterinary clinic I’ve experienced.
