Upon discovering that my previous vet clinic had become corporately owned, I immediately began searching for a clinic that was independently operated. Neighbourhood Pet Clinic has proven to be a great choice. Staff are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and their team of Veterinarians ensure you feel heard, ask questions, and educate you on your pets needs in an easy to understand manor. Upon entering the clinic you feel like you’ve stepped into a peaceful park as you cross a little bridge that arches over the indoor creek running throughout the waiting area. The soothing sounds of the creek ease the nerves of your pet as you are greeted by two friendly assistants sitting adjacent a living wall. The entire waiting room resembles a park setting complete with benches and faux grass carpeting. I simply can’t recommend this clinic enough.

I was extremely impressed with the relaxed atmosphere walking into the clinic. Water and forestry atmosphere. Quite the calming effect! Much needed. Staff were very kind and were empathetic with Chloe. Vet (can’t remember her name) was knowledgeable and attentive. We addressed Chloe’s medical needs and based on her condition she explained the options of medical procedures surgery or euthanizing. I thank the staff for their dedication to Veterinary Medicine without you we would not have the quality of care we need for our small animals today ❤️ Thank you Susan Mason
They staff and vet are very compassionate when they told me it was time to put my cat down they were very helpful and kind and she shuttle service is very much appreciated to help you to get to.tjr vet
My boy loves everyone here. He is excited to visit which makes me happy. All the staff are friendly and professional. If Jakob enjoys visiting I know it is worth at least a five star rating.

Blue Cross hospital was purchased by Neighbourhood Pet Clinic a few years ago. We never knew which vet would be seeing our Molly. They were kind and gentle with her. We wanted to build the rapport with them that we had with our former vet,Dr.Cheung.We decided to go elsewhere. We wish the Clinic much success.
