I had an amazing experience at Northwest London Vet Clinic. I brought my French bulldog Mabel here to treat a suspected UTI. I am actually a client of another vet clinic, but they were full, and I was frantically calling around to see if anyone could take us, as I could tell my frenchie was uncomfortable and it was the weekend, so not many places were open. This clinic was closing in less than 30 minutes and Dr. Khanna had just left for the day, but he drove back just to treat Mabel. He was so kind and helpful. I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes and with an extremely reasonable vet bill. The girls at the front were so helpful and kind as well. Dr. Khanna then followed up with me personally via text, which I have never had a veterinarian do. Mabel is responding very well to the antibiotics. I am so appreciative of their efforts to go above and beyond for someone who is not even a patient of theirs, and would absolutely recommend them and am looking into switching to this clinic permanently! I have been coming here for almost a year now with my two dogs. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Khanna. They are extremely accommodating, always able to get us in when needed, and are always able to help us in any way possible. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing as well, my dogs enjoy coming into the clinic and giving them cuddles. They answer every question I have - even if there are a million, and I am never worried or stressed out when it comes to procedures my dogs are having. My female dog was recently spayed and I couldn’t be happier with how it went, and she is recovering extremely well.

Amazing staff and veterinarian. Number one most impost quality is a veterinarian for me is their love for animals and I can tell that all the staff here care so much for the patients and their humans. He did surgery on my cat on the weekend when they don’t usually do surgery on weekend bc he knew she wouldn’t have made it through the weekend. They take the time to explain everything to ensure your able to make an informed decision regarding ur pets health care. The prices r very reasonable but most importantly they all care so much. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a vet. It’s worth the two hour round trip to London for the peace of mind knowing my animals r well taken care of. I found a turtle on Hyde Park Rd that had been hit. I brought him here and they jumped into action to help. Thanks to this awesome team
