This hidden gem in London is an amazing place to go to. In this place, there is lots of different kinds of small individual buisnesses in this place with different themes operating in this place so you can see all different types products and gifts here from acrylic keychains to hygiene products, its like a store full of gifts but all of the items are made from small and individual buisnesses. I have bought several items such as stickers, acrylic keychains and more in this place before I decided to make this review about this place and they are all decent and high quality items. Not only that but the staff and the workers that are working in this place are also very friendly and helpful which is a excellent and nice part of this place here, one time they helped me find which products to choose from here and they also recommended me some. The only small thing that you should note before going or when going to this place is that some of the products in this place can be costly or expensive here, but if you are aware about that, other than that, it is an amazing place to go to and shop in. If you like supporting small and local buisnesses or are interested in small buisnesses, this place is a hidden gem for you to visit and this place should be on your go to list.

The Local is such a warm and welcoming store filled with a variety of different products from various artisans around London and all over Canada. It’s a perfect spot to stop in if you need a gift, personal items, or souvenir! If you like supporting local and finding unique one-of-a-kind products, be sure to stop in and check them out.
What an amazing store, to be able to support local businesses is important. There is a great selection of items here, amazing products from different vendors and a place that gives you a warm welcoming feeling. We had family from England that really enjoyed visiting the store as well as the products they bought. We'd recommend visiting it!! 😀
This wasn’t my first time at Local and won’t be the last! This time, I found the perfect, unique birthday gift for my husband. The shop is inviting, the staff are very welcoming and the Canadian made items are interesting and one of a kind. If you haven’t been there yet, make the trip to White Oaks and support this gem!
It's such a great place to support small businesses all in one place! My only major complaint is that there's ai generated "art." No one wants to buy fake art that looks bad
Cashier seems passionate about particular political views which is admirable... However, after we poked fun at the some products that were AI, she told us "The staff don't get any say in the products sold here, in my opinion anyone who uses generative AI should be stoned to death." I can understand being passionate about ethical AI usage, but to make an extreme comment such as this to a group of customers about a product be hosted by your own business? It was a bit much and very unprofessional. We hadn't even been talking to her, she just felt we needed to hear that I guess. We laughed about it afterwards, and got some neat stuff, but likely wont be back. There are certainly some quality products in this store, others that are lazy and/or overpriced for what you're getting. For example, many of the products are drop-shipped off Ali-Express, or use well known 3D-Print designs. If you check out this store, cross check any product that catch your eye for online alternatives that are available at a quarter (or less) of the price. And if you're a vendor who happens to use AI or 3D printing, perhaps note that the staff employed at this store may speak poorly of you or your products (or in our case make radical statements)
