I have admired Heather from The Run Parlour through her social media for years and always felt like I wanted to run like her. Her invitation to join the Learn 2 Run group has been the best invitation I received in 2026. Not only is this program amazing for anyone who wants to become a runner, having professionals who can help with getting you the right gear for you so you can run comfortably is amazing. Everyone in the store is knowledgeable, takes time for you, support, and cheer for you. It's not about the purchase, they care for the person behind the purchase. I highly recommend their program and their shoes/clothing. I am a runner now thanks to Heather and staff at The Run Parlour.
I stumbled upon this charming little shop on Dundas quite by chance—and now I’m completely hooked. Heather is an absolute delight: warm, knowledgeable, and wonderfully attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed in a running shoe, guiding me through several thoughtfully chosen options without ever making me feel rushed.
The space itself is spotless and inviting, and the in-house treadmill is a brilliant touch—being able to test the shoes properly makes all the difference.
All in all, a polished yet personable experience. I’ll certainly be returning for my next pair.
Amazing experience! I joined the Learn2Run program halfway through and felt very welcomed and encouraged. I have never found myself to be good at running but this program got me to run a 5K in just under 6 weeks. Something I never thought I could do. Heather and her team are incredible and I recommend Run Parlour to everyone, no matter where you are in your running journey!
Great experience shopping for shoes here. They took there time and never felt rushed while trying on multiple pairs. I did have a problem with a pair On Clouds two months after purchase and they quickly sent me a copy of my receipt via text/email. 36 hours later On Cloud sent me a GC to replace them. Great service all round.
The Run Parlour is dope! Joining some of their programs is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Heather & her staff are so welcoming, any time you step in the store it feels like home. Great knowledge, great products, great programs! Huge community vibe. The Run Parlour is a place I’m extremely proud to be a part of!
I had the best experience here today! It was so fun hopping in. The store associate, Tyrone (sorry if I am misspelling your name) was helpful, attentive, and fun to chat with. I love when you can go somewhere and not feel pressured to purchase something. Excited to go back, love the vibration here.
