I have an all season sunroom with a flat metal roof built onto my home. There is a lovely skylight built into the ceiling/roof which provides us with beautiful natural light. Over time, a small leak developed and water was leaking in through the skylight and another area. I had several roofers and various companies come out and try to fix it, but to no avail. I spent about $2,000 having the roof scraped, sealed and caulked, yet the water kept coming in. A&K came to my rescue. They are the specialists when it comes to this type of roof. They explained the entire process to me and voila, the roof was repaired. Shortly thereafter, we had really heavy rains, and my sunroom was bone dry. I was ecstatic. They did a phenomenal job and stand by their work. I developed another really small leak, and they came out immediately and resolved the issue. They are knowledgeable, experienced experts who stand by their work. These are rare qualities to find in today’s market.

Absolutely 5 stars! We have been looking for roof repair long time . Small leaking spot but it’s nightmare till we contact Dan! They put the original roof 20 years ago and they know everything about our roof ! More than 3 roof co suggest it’s time for change whole roof ($35,000) . Ray ( not sure spelling correct ) did a quick inspection and 30 minutes repair . Done ! No leaking anymore ! Another 8-10 years extended life without any problem. Dan said .
