Jordan was the only roofer who actually got onto the roof, completed a thorough inspection, took detailed photos, and clearly explained why a roof replacement was necessary. He took the time to walk me through everything he found and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. His quote was also the best among the companies I contacted, especially considering the quality of the materials included. What impressed me most was that when choosing a GAF roofing system, Jordan provided a complete system using high-quality GAF materials. Some companies only include the minimum products required to meet the warranty conditions, but Jordan clearly explained the importance of using the complete system and did not compromise on quality. Jordan’s knowledge, honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to explain everything clearly really stood out. His team was also professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Picking Shockwave roofing to fix and finish our roof was a great decision. Parts of our roof were in dire need of repair. Spring winds and a really bad previous hire had left parts of the roof exposed, and rain was coming in. It would be a couple of weeks until they could get to our roof so Jordan went up and patched it until then. What a relief! I never for one minute regeted hiring Shockwave. Their price was competitive. The shingles they use and their workmanship have an amazing warranty. They kept us well informed through the whole process which made it super simple and stress free. The workers were great! They worked up there like dogs in the June, 40° heat and pounding rain to seal the roof. Hat tip to the two fellas for being such hard workers and genuinely caring that the roof was exposed to the storm that unexpectedly came through. You won't be disappointed with Shockwave Roofing. Jordan and his crew were worth every nickle spent. Definitely will rehire them to finish fixing our botched up job (from a different company) in the near future. I am very happy with the service provided by Shockwave Roofing. I had them roof my house a few years ago and recently my shop. A difficult job was completed with efficiency, timeliness and care due to weather conditions. Quality workmanship to match. The price was reasonable, constant communication and the clean up was impeccable. I will be definitely referring them to others in my line of work if they need a new roof.
