I hired Meg Sim Roofing to replace the flat roof on my building in Wortley Village in London. They gave me a detailed estimate and then proceeded with the work quite soon as I requested they complete the work in August. They gave me advanced notice so I could arrange for alternate parking and then they arrived when promised. All of the workers were professional and polite. They explained all of the procedures to me prior to doing the work. They cleaned up the entire area and left the property as it was before they came. I was extremely pleased with the results and glad I hired Meg Sim Roofing.
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. From first contact which was an incredibly quick turnaround for a request for quote, to a very detailed estimate, to booking the job and then having it done - it was a stellar experience. The team that came out to do the roof were fabulous - cheerful, communicative and probably the hardest workers I've seen. Clean up was quick and efficient and well done. Post work follow up has been fantastic.
I am also very grateful for the quick response when my roof issue became suddenly worse before they could schedule the job. Luckily for me, the roof was done the day before yet another huge blast of wind and rain and the storm certainly tested it well, but was no match for the quality of work done.

Had my 40-year old soffit, fascia, and gutters done and couldn't be happier with the end result--it's gorgeous and my attic already ventilates better. I had several quotes, but it was clear that I would be going with Meg Sim after Jordan’s thorough, knowledgeable assessment.
As a first-time home owner, I asked a lot of questions and took up far too much of Jordan's time, but he kindly answered all of them. Price was similar to other contractors, but even if it was more I would have gone with them as I trusted their skill and expertise.
Also went above and beyond in identifying issues with my roof--unrelated to the work I requested--and provided a temporary solution to someone else's poorly executed work. Would hire again for shiz.
We had a new roof installed a week or so ago. The crew was here at seven and were finished around 1:00. They all were very pleasant, professional and hard working. Their clean-up was exceptional. They made sure our flowers etc, were covered to prevent any damage to them.
I want to thank Meg for explaining everything to us she was such a great help and so very knowledgeable. Thanks to Jordan and Keigan for the information they gave us when they came out to give us the appraisal.

Meg Sim and team did a fantastic job on my roof. They worked clean and fast in order to replace the shingles (with a waterproof underlay) on my leaky roof.
