Bang On Construction

Jason and Mackenzie (and their team, of course) built our beautiful ADU, and I don't know what could make us happier with the experience. From my very first phone call with Mackenzie to the genuine friendship that's grown throughout the project, they made the entire process feel personal and as if were a priority to them. Home renovations can be stressful, so it's important to have people coming in and out of your home who make you feel comfortable, respected, and secure. It's obvious that Bang-On carefully chooses their employees and trade partners not only for their high level of skill but because they are also genuinely great people. One more thing, if you're anything like me and can't stand dealing with government bureaucracy, permits, and paperwork, hire Bang-On for your ADU project. They handled all of that for us, which made the process so much easier, far less stressful, AND we got a very healthy government rebate. A huge thank you to Jason, Mackenzie, and the entire Bang-On team. We absolutely love our new ADU and highly recommend them!

To start, 5 stars is not nearly enough!!! Hiring a contractor for our kitchen project was very intimidating when you’re constantly hearing about sketchy contractors. From the initial meeting with Jason and Mackenzie, we were hooked. With Jason’s business model and Mackenzie’s design ideas, they were “bang on”. During the design phase, Mackenzie was very patient and honest with us every step of the way. With her assistant Natalia, they offered a choice of features that worked perfectly for our vision. Next came construction. Spencer and Sara are Rockstars!!! As the project lead, Spencer is clearly a man of great integrity! We were provided detailed updates, including pics, everyday through their web portal progress reports. They were very respectful of our property and left our home spotless at the end of every day. Their work ethic and attention to detail were evident with the completion of our amazing kitchen. Shout out to Craig for making sure all the pieces fell into place. From day one, the Bang On team were absolutely great to work with. It’s clear that Jason’s business ethics filters down to the whole team. Thank you all so much for our beautiful kitchen!!

A positive experience right from the get go. We had unfinished space in our basement that we wanted to bring to life. A catchy company name, a cool logo and a little research resulted in an initial phone conversation with Jason. He was straightforward about general costs, explained the service they provide and the process. It was a good vibe so we went ahead with a consultation to look at the space. That’s when we met Mackenzie. Her knowledge was obvious and her enthusiasm was infectious. Combine that with Jason’s expertise and suddenly we were being presented with suggestions and ideas that would take our general vision to the next level. We were excited and so we worked together to conceive a plan within our budget. The selection of design specifics with Mackenzie was nothing less than fun and pleasurable. As for the actual work, the term “no worries” applies. Everything was taken care of. The project team was polite, considerate and just plain likeable. Craftsmanship? Professional grade. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result. We highly recommend Bang On for any home renovation project you may need.

We had a major bathroom renovation done which included the need for extensive tile work, painting, lighting changes, vanity upgrade and walk in shower installation. Their help included significant input regarding choosing furniture, tile, all fixtures, placing of items, addition of a light in shower as well colours that work. Their design staff person was excellent as was any of the staff in our home for work.cleanup each day was really appreciated and the final clean up was fantastic. Very pleased with process, support and final cost. The bathroom looks fantastic and is much easier to use. Thanks Bang On…. You hit it out of the park

From the moment we shared our vision for Violet’s, their communication was clear, professional, and consistent. The project was completed on time and done right. Watching our design come to life—from drawings, to selecting materials, to construction and the final finishing touches—was an amazing experience.
