I have used Stephenson Home Improvements twice now and have nothing but positives things to say. This time when my elderly father needed a large bay window at his home, he wanted to call company he saw on a sign. I knew they would try to rip him off, so I said go for it. You get an estimate from them and I will call my guy. Like I expected they saw and elderly man living alone and put the screws to him. His estimate was over $13,000 with months of delay for an install. After showing him my estimate, we had Stephenson Home Improvement come in and do the whole job for $3,700. Not only did we save a ton of money, they installed the window faster than estimated. When they arrived they were polite, clean and fast. If your looking for a company who you can trust to treat you fair, provide service like we used to get and should still expect, than Stephenson Home Improvement is the family business you should call.

The Stephenson team is amazing and I am thrilled with the new doors. Mike came out to help us decide what we wanted and was conscientious of both the target budget and the aesthetic we were looking for. Sue Anne arranged a time for the installers to arrive and they were there on the dot! They were incredibly professional and I felt confident about their work. The installation was completed and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up and looks so good! We won't hesitate to have them work on more projects in the future!
Great group of people from the time I called for the quote to the finished product. The new door has made a huge improvement to the looks of our cottage. Completely satisfied start to finish with my experience with Stephenson’s. 8 Replacement windows for the upper level of my home priced very reasonably. Appreciate the expert workmanship of the entire installation - both interior and exterior fit and finish was excellent.
