During the thunderstorm this past Thursday my nephews dining room ceiling started to leak. They’re a young couple who had purchased their first home just 10 days prior, needless to say they were freaking out. I called Courtney roofing, at 510 pm within an hour someone came, by 630 he’d been on the roof, climbed through the attic found the leak and temporarily sealed it. The next day a sheet metal expert came redid the flashing around the chimney and fixed a few other problems as well. In less than 24 hours the problem was solved! Both employees were knowledgeable and polite and I felt I should let people know, I would also recommend having them do a roof inspection before you buy a house and not rely on the home inspector.
