Update: 7 years later... in the summer of 2026 we had a down burst go through my area in the city. Both my neighbour's on each side had their shingles blown off the backs of their roofs. (One roof was new, the other old). My roof looks like the day it was installed by Davidoff Roofing 7 years ago. Its a good quality shingle and installed very well. You get what you pay for folks. I have peace of mind. Skylights are also still leak free. ------- All in all it was a good experience. Our roof looks great, the issue we had was immediately addressed and rectified. A job that I feel confident will last 50 years. Roof venting, insulation, proper bathroom venting, and two sky lights, new plywood on the back half of the house, then a 50 yr shingles (which come with a 25yr labour warranty). I felt confident dealing with this company. Felt i got what i paid for. They even came back to address concerns regarding my noisy bathroom fan AFTER the job was signed off and paid for. Thats customer service right there. I will be getting an estimate for siding, fascia, eves and gutter guards in the near future. Note: this job was done over a year ago. Issues regarding mould on my ceiling in the kitchen and back hallway have been rectified thanks to davidoff topping up a spot where my insulation was moved. My house has cost less to heat and cool this year compared to others. Really happy. Skylights still great.

Following a sudden and significant failure of our existing shingles we found ourselves in urgent need of a new roof. The situation was further complicated by the timing ( early winter), extent of the damage with additional concern about more extensive structural damage and the fact we were members in an HOA with defined specifications that needed to be satisfied as part of the repair. From our initial contact to the finished project Dave and his team were always pleasant, timely in their responses, detailed, provided a competitive quote and most importantly delivered an exceptional finished product in the promised time window. This final result didn’t happen by chance but the result of a number of people on Dave’s team @ Davidoff. In our case this included Franz who went above and beyond to ensure we obtained the most suitable and durable solution for Our roof to meet HOA specifications. To do this he met with us on multiple occasions to answer not only ours but our HOA board Chair questions and provided us with several options for our roof. He even took the time to stop by and go up on the roof during the installation of the new roof. As helpful and patient as Franz was it took Kyle and his team of installers and their focus on a quality installation including some last minute modifications to the project to provide the exceptional finished product that is as functional as it is cosmetically pleasing. We have had a number of renovation projects at our homes over the years including 4 previous roof replacements and my wife and I agree that none have been more complicated but yet have gone so smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at the service, professionalism and install. Everything clearly laid out by the sales person and the guys who did the install were first class. They were really courteous and treated the house with care and respect, cleaning up and removing everything after every day of the install. The quote was a little more than some (but not all), but if you cost in the quality of the products and install, and longer warranty it's definitely worth it in my opinion. This is the only roof we have had installed, so I have no pint of comparison but I have no hesitation in recommending this company. First class from beginning to end.
Davidoff Roofing replaced our entire roof, which had a number of missing shingles due to wind and some damaged plywood due to rain. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Brent prepared a thorough quote, giving us a range of options on extent of repair and shingle selection. He answered all of our questions and followed up numerous times during the repair process to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The installers were also amazing and did a wonderful job. Removal, install and finishing was completed in 3 days. I’d recommend Davidoff Roofing to anyone wanting a high quality roof repair and we would work with them again without hesitation.
We have a flat roof on our home and experienced a small but annoying leak this past winter. The Davidoff gang were promptly out to have a look at our situation and they very quickly isolated the likely source of the problem. Once the weather gave us a break, they were out without delay to take care of the necessary repairs. Their staff are all very attentive and professional from scheduling to the actual repair.
