I very much wanted to write and say a big thank you to Jamie who came to see me a couple of days ago. I was very apprehensive and a little shattered by a different company. I was duped !!!! I was comforted by Jamie's concern about my problem. He went to work to show me that my roof was not about to collapse and I needed only to repair the openings left by the dubious work of the other company. I felt very foolish. Jamie was able to reassure me and showed me pictures of the underside of my roof. I had strong old planks !!!! Jamie was able to source a repairman, who came the same day. Now all is secure, weatherproof and completed. Many thanks to your Jamie for making me feel comforted and satisfied in a job well done. I had an incredible experience with Forest City Roofing! I dealt with one of the owners, Jamie, along with his employee Dan, and the level of service was top-notch from start to finish. When my office ceiling started leaking, Jamie prioritized the repair immediately. You can truly tell how much he genuinely cares about his customers -he was thorough, constantly followed up on the progress, and made sure everything was handled right. Dan took his time with the fix, and the quality of his work was evident; nothing was rushed or brushed over. They are even coming back to follow up and ensure all potential animal entry points are fully secured. Even though I am a tenant and my landlord hired them, Jamie still gave me his card and encouraged me to reach out directly if any other concerns came up. Roof repairs can be stressful, costly, and completely unexpected. Forest City Roofing came highly recommended by my best friend and now I completely understand why. From my very first call with Sheila, to coordinating details with Natasha and Katarina, every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. My meeting with Jamie was what really stood out. Replacing a roof is a major investment, and yet I felt so comfortable with his approach that I made my decision during the meeting which is something I've never done before. What impressed me most was that he never once pressured me for the sale. When I asked why, he simply said he was confident in the value they offered and wanted me to make the decision that was right for me. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked hard all day, and completed the project in a single day. Jamie even stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly and investigated a concern about a possible missing bathroom vent. It turned out everything was fine, but I truly appreciated the care and attention. By 5 p.m., the roof was complete and the cleanup was so thorough that my son commented, "It's as if they were never here." The roof looks absolutely gorgeous, and we're so glad we followed Jamie's colour recommendation. We had an awesome experience with Forest City Roofing! Jamie was great to deal with. During the initial consultation he gave us a detailed, honest written estimate with zero pressure. He popped by several times throughout the process and did a final check at the end. The crew was fantastic as well - they were super polite and took extra care not to damage anything around the house. Once they finished they did a thorough sweep of the yard and didn't leave a single piece of debris behind. What they did leave us with was a solid, great-looking roof. I spoke to Sheila about getting a new roof. She was amazing and so helpful. I had some missing shingles and was worried about leaks from rain as I have to wait a bit to get my roof replaced. The very next day Jamie pulled into my driveway, checked out the roof and because of him I got the missing shingles replaced for now. Wow they really take care of their customers. I'm so grateful not to have to worry about a leaking roof now Thank you so much Jamie and Dan. I would recommend Forest City Roofing to any one needing a new roof. They care!!!

Jamie came to inspect our roof and he found some soft spots and some DIY patchwork done by a previous owner. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the whole process.
