Mark was thorough and informative throughout the whole re-roof process and did a professional job . We did not want a shoddy minimum effort job so we're happy we went with North Face Roofing. Mark went up on the roof and presented us with a complete itemized estimate. He then went over every item on the list and explained why he included it and it's importance to the suppliers warranty. The crew was fast and vacuumed and ran a magnet over our property and our neighbours, including the lawn. There were a couple of minor issues that they found after they stripped the old roof and Mark simply fixed them at no additional cost and stuck to his estimate total. Contacted North Face for a leaking small vent in need of repair. They offered very good pricing compared to other competitors and offered to come in just a few days. We didn't end up getting the work done with them only because of urgency due to rain. Based only on the price and professional customer service, I highly recommend using them.
