Daryl came out a week ago yesterday to inspect the roof and provided pictures of all the repairs required. He explained everything well and we requested an estimate that night. Kudos as well to Tenisha the office manager who provided a quote quickly. It was within our budget so we agreed. Tenisha had us booked for Monday August 17th but promised that weather permitting she would try and get us sooner. She contacted us Thursday morning and said Daryl was on his way. He provided pictures of all he repaired and was done by 10:00 a.m. August 13th. Thanks for the good job and excellent customer service.

I had my roof and eavestroughs replaced by North London Roofing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with.
The roof and gutters look fantastic. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work.
What really stood out to me was Greg’s honesty. When my neighbour asked him to take a quick look at his roof, Greg actually went up to assess it before telling him he still had about ten years left before needing a replacement. He could’ve easily said otherwise, but he was completely upfront and ethical. That kind of integrity is rare these days and it speaks volumes about his character.
It’s not easy finding someone you can trust for big home projects, but I’d recommend Greg and his team in a heartbeat.

Office Manager, Tenisha orchestrated the Job! She sent me email communications with attachments of photos of the Roof and the detailed roof project. I was given opportunity to set the roofing date that worked best for me. Roofing day, I met the skilled roofers: David, Gumero and Joaquin respectful and worked efficiently together. I am grateful to Dillion, the metal fitting specialist who secured the base of my old chimney and repaired the bathroom stack. I learned Tenisha reviewed the job with the Team to ensure the roofing completed. All construction materials removed and the property left tidy. I was impressed with the whole process of replacing my new roof completed in only 2 days. Another office team member Khal kindly made the house call to pick up my payment. I was also pleased the roof was affordable price!
