went into the london location to get a 14 foot piece of evestrough. got all the other stuff to go with it ect. from there i was charged a "$25" cutting fee well fair enough i guess kinda ridiculous. After waiting about 10 minutes. Out comes an employee with a 14 foot rolled piece of flat stock. Well evestrough and flatstock are not the same thing. From there the employee in the store literally did not care to help me anymore. Then a contractor was in the store told me hed bend it to evestrough for me for $50 bucks which again is ridiculous. But since i all ready got screwed buying the flatest evestrough ive ever seen from roofmart with a $25 dollar cutting fee i was kinda screwed anyways. Might want to train your employees to know the difference between a piece of flatstock and a piece of evestrough as they are NOT THE SAME THING. Nothing was discussed beforehand review your cctv footage and listen to the audio. SCAMMART
